Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Cup Collective Loyalty Program ("Program") is a digital stamp-based rewards program operated by AR Capital Innovations Pty Ltd. The Program allows customers to earn loyalty stamps at participating coffee stores and redeem them for free coffee rewards.

2. Eligibility

• The Program is open to all Cup Collective app users with a valid account
• Participants must be 13 years of age or older
• The Program is currently only available in Australia
• No purchase is required to create an account, but purchases are required to earn stamps

3. How to Earn Stamps (Fixed Ratio)

• Stamps are earned at a fixed ratio of ONE (1) stamp per ONE (1) qualifying coffee purchase
• A "qualifying purchase" is any coffee beverage purchase at a participating store
• Stamps are awarded when the store scans your QR code at the time of purchase
• Stamps cannot be earned retroactively for past purchases
• Each store maintains its own separate stamp count for your account
• Stamps are non-transferable between stores or customers

4. How to Redeem Rewards (Fixed Ratio)

• Each participating store sets its own redemption threshold (number of stamps required for a free coffee)
• The redemption threshold is displayed in the app on each store's loyalty card
• Common redemption ratios: 8, 10, or 12 stamps = 1 free coffee
• When you reach the required number of stamps, you can redeem ONE (1) free coffee
• Redemption is processed when the store scans your QR code
• Upon redemption, your stamp count for that store resets to zero
• Free coffee rewards are for standard coffee beverages (store may have specific terms)
• Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash

5. Stamp Expiration

• Stamps do NOT expire as long as your account remains active
• Stamps are tied to your account and persist indefinitely
• If a store leaves the Cup Collective network, stamps for that store are forfeited

6. Forfeiture of Stamps

Stamps may be forfeited under the following circumstances:

• Store Departure: If a participating store leaves the Cup Collective network, all stamps accumulated at that store will be forfeited
• Account Termination: If your account is terminated for violation of Terms of Service
• Fraudulent Activity: If stamps were obtained through fraudulent means
• Account Deletion: If you delete your account in the app (Settings tab)

No compensation will be provided for forfeited stamps.

7. Program Limitations

• This is NOT a gambling, gaming, or chance-based program
• There are no random rewards, sweepstakes, or variable outcomes
• Stamps are earned and redeemed at fixed, predetermined ratios only
• No entry fees or wagers are required to participate
• The Program is supplementary to coffee purchases and does not affect pricing

8. Program Changes

AR Capital Innovations Pty Ltd reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time
• Change these terms with reasonable notice
• Remove participating stores from the network

Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email.

This Program is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
